Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
None of my apps collect any data about you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDKs. The apps do not send your information to me or to anyone else. What you enter stays on your device.
Who I am
These apps are made by Damian Derlecki. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@dmqq.dev.
What I collect
Nothing. I do not collect, store, share or sell personal data of any kind. I do not use cookies or advertising identifiers and I do not track you across other apps or websites.
Apps covered
Epoch (Time tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch)
Epoch stores everything you enter (folders, tasks, time sessions, notes, plans and settings) on your device. It makes no network connections of its own.
If iCloud is available on your device, Epoch may keep a copy of your data in your own private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. That copy belongs to your Apple account and is handled by Apple. I cannot see or access it. You can turn this off in your device's iCloud settings.
Epoch also provides a Home Screen widget, a Lock Screen and Dynamic Island Live Activity, a Control Center control, Siri and Shortcuts support, and an Apple Watch companion. These use only the data already on your device and your paired Watch.
Epoch may ask for the following permissions. All are optional, and each is used only on your device:
- Notifications: to remind you when a planned task is due to start.
- Calendar: to add a planned task to your calendar when you choose to.
- Screen Time (Family Controls): to let focus mode block the apps you pick during a focus session. Your selection stays on your device and is not visible to me.
Epoch can export your data (CSV and JSON) and keeps automatic backups in the app's folder in the Files app. These files are yours. Where you send them is your choice.
Third parties
My apps do not include third-party analytics, advertising or tracking code. Apple provides the platform services you choose to use, such as iCloud, and handles that data under Apple's own privacy policy.
Children
My apps do not collect information from anyone, including children.
Your rights and your data
Because I hold no data about you, there is nothing for me to access, correct or delete. To remove everything an app has stored, delete the app. To remove any iCloud copy, open Settings on your device, tap your name, then iCloud, then Manage Storage, and delete the app's data.
Changes to this policy
If an app ever changes how it handles data, I will update this page and the date at the top before the change ships.
